Q: How quickly will my order be processed?

A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

 

Q: When will you dispatch my order?

A: After order fulfillment and packing, we dispatch within 1-2 business days.

 

Q: How do you deliver my order?

A: We use Australia Post’s eParcel service and provide you with a tracking number to check here.

   

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: The usual delivery time within Sydney is 1-2 (business) days; to other cities is 3-4 days; and to country or Western states is 5-6 days.

 

Q: Do you post internationally?

A: Yes, using International Express Post. Specific country restrictions apply. Click here for more details.

 

Q: How can I pay for my items?

A: We use PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards, and provides superior buyer protection.

Q: Will you be adding more products to your store?

A: Yes, we continue to extend our product line week to week. Check back regularly for exciting new additions.

 

Q: Where are you based?

A: We’re based in Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches where we also own a large retail store.

 

Q: How fresh is your stock?

A: We have a high turnover, and receive new stock daily. 

 

Q: How accurate are your stock levels?

A: If we cannot fulfil an order, whether partly or wholly, we will inform you accordingly and work to fulfil the order as soon as possible.

 

Q: How do I pay with American Express?

A: Step 1. Select 'PayPal' when you see 'How Would You Like to Pay?'
     Step 2. Click 'Proceed to Payment'
     Step 3. Click on 'Pay with a credit or debit card'
     Step 4. Enter your American Express and click 'Pay'

 

Q: I am after an 'out of stock' item. When will you get more?

A: We receive new stock daily but items may be unavailable for weeks at a time. On the item's page, enter your email address to be notified when the item is back in stock.

 

Q: Do you have a minimum order?

A: We have no minimum order, so please order the most or minimal as you like.

 

Q: I wish to buy more than 30 items of the same product but can't on the website. Help?

A: Using a Desktop browser, click the "Add to Cart" button multiple times to reach the desired quantity into your shopping cart. 

 

Q: Can my parcel be delivered without signature if I'm not home?

A: Yes, we can Safe drop your parcel with your 'Authority to Leave'. Let us know in the "Order Instructions/comments" text box before proceeding to payment.
